Rules & Regulations for Members of CHRC
Every CHRC member is expected to adhere to these rules and regulations to promote responsible membership and uphold the values of the organization.
- The members and officers of CHRC work on a voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Membership is non-transferable and once the payment is made (if applicable), it is non-refundable.
- Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct may result in rejection or cancellation of CHRC membership. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City Name] only.
- CHRC will not be responsible for any misuse of the identity card issued to the members during the course of their membership with CHRC.
- Upon expiry of membership, identity cards must be submitted to the National Office. Renewal is mandatory for continued membership.
- In case of change of address, members must inform the National Office immediately.
- In case of loss of the identity card, members must inform the National Office in writing along with a copy of the FIR.
- All CHRC members should actively engage with their respective Area Committee / State Committee / National Committee at least once a month.
- Strict action will be taken against any member found guilty of violating the rules and regulations of CHRC, including possible legal action.

Declaration
I hereby solemnly affirm and declare that the particulars mentioned by me in my membership application and further communications with CHRC are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Nothing has been concealed or suppressed.
I understand that if anything is found incorrect at any stage, my membership may be terminated. I declare that I will not involve myself directly or indirectly in any act which will be against the prestige of our nation, society, or CHRC as a whole.
I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations and By-Laws of the CHRC as enforced and updated from time to time.
